Mentor, guide, student
👋 Hey! I am Franz – a guide in lifelong learning. I will guide you on the journey of personal growth.

About me
Focus: Lifestyle design, unlocking human potential and self-management.
My self-development journey began in 2013 with a commitment to cinematography and yoga philosophy. Looking through the camera’s eye opened the door to a world of fine details, and through yoga I learned to develop deep self-awareness. Experiences in the fields of film and yoga have given me a unique perspective that I would like to share with you.
I’m not someone who likes to just theorize. My approach is based on experimentation, and the guinea pig is myself. I believe in lifelong learning. I believe that the purpose of life is to become a better version of yourself every day. My biggest lessons have come when I’ve had to face something I’ve never done before. Even if it is a small change in the daily routine.
Change is the only truth. This is the only thing we can be sure of in life – everything changes. Change requires openness, willingness and effort. Efforts and aspiration lead to results.
My interest in various philosophical schools such as Tantra, Buddhism, Hatha Yoga, Stoicism and Tao have led me down a path that has fundamentally changed me on a personal level. I find a lot of value in my experiences and my goal is to help you overcome your fears and patterns and encourage lifelong learning and personal growth.

Why this blog?
Everything I have written here is not set in stone and I do not claim to be a know-it-all. The posts on this blog are mainly for the past, present and future version of myself. It is like a time machine log in which I have stored valuable information about my life experiences and adventures.
I believe that besides me there are other time travelers with similar interests and life experiences. Let my (b)log be a guide for myself and others, just in case me or you should get lost while travelling within time. If my opinion on a topic has changed, I will make a new post about it, in which I refute my statement or write about it again from a new angle. Feedback and ideas are always welcome!
