Kõik mis ma olen siia kirja pannud pole kivisse raiutud ja ma ei pretenteeri kõiketeadja tiitlile. Postitused siin blogis on mõeldud peamiselt minu enda mineviku, oleviku ja tuleviku versiooni jaoks. See on nagu ajamasina logi, millesse olen talletanut väärt infot oma elukogemustest ja seiklustest.

Usun et peale minu on veel teisigi ajarändureid kel sarnased huvid ja elukogemused. Olgu mu (b)logi teejuhiks nii mu endale kui teistele, juhuks kui peaks nö. ajas rännates ära eksima. Kui minu arvamus mõnest teemast on muutunud, siis teen sellest uue postituse, milles lükkan oma väljaöeldu ümber või kirjutan sellest uuesti uue nurga alt. My self-development journey began in 2013 with a commitment to cinematography and yoga philosophy. Looking through the camera’s eye opened the door to a world of fine details, and through yoga I learned to develop deep self-awareness. Experiences in the fields of film and yoga have given me a unique perspective that I would like to share with you.

I’m not someone who likes to just theorize. My approach is based on experimentation, and the guinea pig is myself. I believe in lifelong learning. I believe that the purpose of life is to become a better version of yourself every day. My biggest lessons have come when I’ve had to face something I’ve never done before. Even if it is a small change in the daily routine. 

Change is the only truth. This is the only thing we can be sure of in life – everything changes. Change requires openness, willingness and effort. Efforts and aspiration lead to results.

My interest in various philosophical schools such as Tantra, Buddhism, Hatha Yoga, Stoicism and Tao have led me down a path that has fundamentally changed me on a personal level. I find a lot of value in my experiences and my goal is to help you overcome your fears and patterns and encourage lifelong learning and personal growth.
